        Poor service, takes weeks of hassling for staff to even do parcels and returns, sell poor quality watches for very expensive prices that break within a year and need to be sent off that which the staff struggle with, I have had 3 replacement watches and 2 repairs done which don't last long before you have to pay for another, Staff get loud and ignorant trying to protect the poor quality items, is not worth shopping here. Edit: thanks to one of guys for trying to help
