        This is a stunning trip. From the minute of boarding the boat you know you are in for a great day. The boat trip down the Whakatane river and out past the Lady on the Rock is beautiful and it is great to hear the history of the area. Kayaking around Whale island is a gem, with seals, bird life, caves and steamy geothermal bays. Swims, coffee and homemade muffins round off the day perfectly.
