        I have made a purchase a month ago, with payment. Since then, one communication only - that they have no stock, with no followup. Not picking up the phones, not answering emails. My previous shop went well, this one - leaves me $150 poorer with no purchased items.

        6 phone calls and 2 emails and still no reply very poor customer service! Even if they are on holiday I would expect that there would be a message on the site and phone to say so.
