        Doesn't show up when required. Change pick up days without notification. Always having to call to get things done

        The branch doesnt get back to us - we have been trying to get extra CT rolls since before the lock down in Opotiki. There has been someone in the store for 6 weeks just about everyday - but no effort made to contact us. We asked for extra cabinets also before the lock down in Whakatane as well - still nothing. Forget trying to call or leave a message - I have tried after my office person couldnt get an answer for the last 3 weeks. We were an essential service as well. Not good. The only response before lock down was that if we wanted extra towels we would have to pay our bill first! Really - we pay on time every month by the 20th as agreed. We did this month and last month as well - however doesnt make an ounce of difference! Time to move on.
