Bad at communication and half arsed jobs

Very poor communications and a low level commitment to service. Had an ongoing issue for over 2 months that WL Gracie failed to deal with. Very rarely returned phone calls or answered emails, and did not in the end provide a viable solution. Very disappointed. Did manage to send me an invoice for services the day I advised them they were not being used again, amazing when they decided enact a speedy response!
