        Terry Lemon carried out a pre-purchase inspection & meth test for a property we made an offer on and he was a breeze to deal with. I phoned him even before he can send us the report as I was getting anxious and he was informative. They also were the most affordable company out of all I contacted.

        Really disappointed. Recommended by agent for the first house. As a professional,Did not find a really obvious problem of the house. The house is missing a load bearing wall. Found this situation when we want to sell the house. Also bad service, dont pick the phone and reply the email. Dont use this company.
