        Only one place to post DX mail and it's not easy to identify office nor to get a park. More places should be made available. NZ Post anytime.

        We are not receiving mail sent by DX - e.g. Westpac bank statements, hospital appointments in Rotorua. I have complained a few times and advised they are short-staffed etc and that they are catching up, but we still haven't received the mail. It's beenc2 months now.

        Jury service letters are sent by dx mail. I find this choice of provider a somewhat stupid choice. I am lucky enough to have a car but still have to travel several kilometres to the nearest dx postbox to post my reply to jury service. Actually, finding the nearest one was a bit of a mission. For those without a car it looks like a considerable walk or bike ride would be required to post a dx letter. There are very few post boxes across the city so difficulty accessing one for most people has to be high.
