        I have recently acquired a 2005 Honda fit and have been bringing it back to an acceptable operational standard. I discovered Douglas Automotive & Engineering, as they are currently Honda service agents here in Rotorua. Cheerful and helpful staff with impressively clean and tidy premises. Very reasonable charges. Also service many other makes and models. Loan/Courtesy vehicles available. Highly recommended. Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Oil change

        Vince saved the day for our travel group during a public holiday car emergency when all other auto repair shops were closed. Despite the holiday, they went above and beyond to help fix the issue quickly and efficiently. Thanks to Vince and his wife for their accommodating and generous assistance. I highly recommend this shop for anyone, especially tourists or visitors, in need of car repair services. Our travel group felt reassured and safe driving back to Auckland, knowing that a professional, experienced and Honda affiliated had fixed the problem.
