This superette may have sold 1st division tickets but it is 1 place in Rotorua i refuse to take my money and one you should think twice about. I am absolutely mortified by the actions of Raj on more than 1 occasion. The worst being When i first moved into the neighbourhood it had been about 1 month, i stopped in there after dropping the kids off, i was very polite as i always am, he opened up with i should move out of Springfield and out of town i said what do you mean he said my kids are too loud for an area like this. I said excuse me? I dont understand what you mean (he does not live by me so i was unsure at the time what he was talking about but clearly the residents of Springfield go up there and gossip thier hearts out) he said my kids need to be on a farm not here. Well thanks very much for your judgement Raj along with everybody elses, my child has neurodevelopmental difficulties wich i SHOULDENT need to explain to every person! this is what he was judging our family for and telling us we should move out of town with a shop full of people and people in line behind me. It is disgusting, judgemental,bullying, and just down right unacceptable behavior. Maybe you should take your own advice because we dont need more people who judge others and look down on others in society get your nose out of the air Raj, take a look at yourself in the mirror because you treating people the way you do is unacceptable and despicable. Edit. Almost a year later and nothing has changed

16/5/2020 Visited today , no hand sanitizer available upon entry, no social distancing mentioned and the guy behind the counter was shocking. This used to be a great shop to visit standards have slipped badly.

Can Management from this shop please contact me about an Incident that occurred in your shop on Tuesday 28th January 2020. Ive tried to phone twice and no answer. Cheers
