NZ Post service is quite disappointing! I am not going to waste anymore money to the national post service. This week I paid $48 for an overnight parcel delivery and the parcel arrived 4 working days later! My sender went to the post before 12pm to ensure we were still within the cut-off time. Called the customer service over the phone today and I told her at least the staff at shop should set expectation to customers that there may be a delay for this month or whatever so customer can decide for a normal delivery timeframe or go somewhere else. She mentioned the staff at NZ post shop won't know if their delivery network right now is having a delay, she knows because she is at the call center and has been dealing with a few customer complaints like me recently. But after that she said they never guarantee for delivery time for the amount we paid for, so all is only estimation and 99.99% they deliver on time. I replied to her that it is impossible for 99.99% on time when she just explained to me she has been dealing with customer complaints like me recently. No compensation etc for my delayed parcel where I had to spend extra money to find alternative due to the delayed product. NZ post is misleading the customer, asking them to pay high price for a normal delivery service! Very disappointed.

Tracked deliveries take days 2 be delivered from rotorua and then the nz post driver leaves skid marks on the drive when does actually deliver goods

Had to pick up my last 4 parcels from the depo as they were not sent out on courier. 1 lost and 1 sent for delivery only to end up back in depo due to "no one home" regardless the address was a 24/7 maned business.

Absolutely no support with my international parcel delay. Telling me now it can take up to two months sitting at despatch at Auckland International. They did not inform me prior to using their services. Had i known this, i could have used another courier system. Very disappointed!
