This morning we phoned Murry (7.30am In fact) he answered told us he be at our house at 9. Sure enough he was at our house 9, thoroughly explained how to use our traps, placed and set them. We used Positive pest control about 2 years ago, to do treatment on my brother's house and had treatment on our house today (german cockroaches) and we couldn't be happier with the service provided and just the overall outcome. Murray is a lovely guy - punctual, efficient and really professional. With my brother's house, he said that he may need to come back within 2 months if we saw anymore, but since then, my brother hasn't seen one. Highly recommend to anyone and Murray is very informative and answers any questions you may have!
