I have been a tenant and a landlord for over 20 years. I wish I had Russell Hardie when I was a tenant. As a landlord, I have worked with at least ten property management companies. Russell Hardie has provided by far the best service, most efficiency, best organisation, attitude, fairness, honesty and professionalism. I suggest if more people used this service there would be much less need for tribunals. I will be using Russell Hardie for many more years and recommend her to anyone that wishes to manage or rent a property.

They make sure you are getting the best price in the current market and that the tenants are looking after your property. They found us the right tenants to suit our situation, and do regular property inspections with comprehensive reports and photos. We highly recommend them!
