Precision Property Management

When they give you the house it was DIRTY house but when they have final inspection, they all need professional cleaning as brand new house. Before we move in or out, they supposed to have inspection with me and sign paper. But it never happened with them but blaming us. They asked us to leave the key inside the property instead of handing over key when we moved out. Property was furnished so they got TV and stuff but they didnt care if the property is locked. The house has key pad lock. The day our moving date, they did not informed us key pad password so we needed to wait in front of the house for 1 hour. We never paid rent fee late, we always paid on time but we got phone calls that we have not paid rent fee in rude way so I needed to send them references to them. Using this company was nightmare for one year. The house owner was so nice guy but this company gave me a headache all the time. After the cleaning they just cut the bond... I did not agree the way she cut the bond and she said she is lodging the tribunal. Good luck .. Non professional company at all!!!!!!!

I cannot rate Sarah highly enough. As far as Property Managers go she has by far been the best Ive dealt with, her willingness to solve issues in a timely manner and fantastic communication skills has made renting very easy. Overall Precision Property Management are friendly and professional.

Constantly sending emails for fixtures that need attending in my sisters home but same response will contact someone to come in but still no show still the same response, if there wasnt a house crisis my sister wouldnt be so desperate to keep it she would be out of this house ages ago she's a single working mum come on precision .

The ladies at Precision property Rotorua are very Tika (correct) to their word. They took us in last minute and housed us which I am so grateful for. They are very lovely ladies to deal with. Will back landlords and make sure the right tenants are in their property! I was a renter through them and although we went through a few things on my behalf which is quite embarrassing the ladies were straight up and honest with me and I was accountable. Ahakoa he raru you guys are amazing people keep being real and honest and thankyou for providing us with a home when you did
