        Reading some of the other 5 star reviews, I hope my experience is just a one-off because Jo is having a bad day, but I asked for a quote (via email) then rang (from work) following up. Jo asked if I'm from Tauranga "as that's the number your calling from" explained I live in Rotorua and work Tauranga. She said I don't like providing quotes for people in Tauranga and hung up. - Whats wrong with people from Tauranga, Jo?
