Terrible experience (again} our first experience was quite a while back when my wife went in for 2 new tyres for her warrant, she only needed 2 and she was clear but the pushy indian guy pressured her into getting 4, i went down and made him take 2 back and put her 2 good tyres back on and he was really arrogant about it and even smirked, anyway i thought i would give them another guy as i dont blame a business for 1 bad employee, i went and got a quote for 4 new tyres [45-145r17 daytons] and he quoted $540 which was $40 more than the other place i got a quote from but as i had asked if included an alignment h esaid yes, fit balance alignment i figured that it was the better deal, so when i went in today he said no it didnt include an lignment and it was a miscommunication, i asked how it was a miscommunication when i specifically said alignment and he said yes fit balance and alignment, he claims he meant fit and balance [well then why did he say fit balance and alignment], i said look i wil pay an extra $40 just because i needed them for a warrant on thursday and he demanded $600,,he seriously let me walk over $20, the guy i spoke to at head office was polite and proffesional and did his best for me but i have bought 4 for $500 at my garage and will get an alignment somewhere else as they dont do them, its not about the money as i have plenty its about being told one thing and then trying to drag more money from me,,,,really bad experience [except for the guy on the phone who was exceptional]
