Skyline Rotorua

Not enough gondola staff on we got there at 900 waited in queue to find no one going to help us and photo before you get on gondola was a stupid machine no photo for us as we didn't get the little card to scan waste of time the helmets for the luge ride were putrid the stunk soo bad and wasn't told or No Signage to hold on to your helmet for the luge photos so my son's first time down on his own and no photos useless help from staff didn't care had to scroll through them all couldn't find anyof us it took them so dont know what happened only good part was the buffet lunch and the lovely helpful friendly staff up there at the stratosphere restaurant
