Marcus is beyond professional and I have had no hesitations in recommending him to whanau and friends and those that have used his services have also recommended him... when I brought my unit he came and removed old night store heaters and took them away, quoted, recommended and installed a heat pump - which is amazing, as well as other smaller jobs.... While he was on site at my house doing the installations - I was at work - he messaged me to say that he had let my dog (who I had at the time) out to go to the toilet and she was "Helping him" load up the van....
