Put our 5 month old puppy in for a 4 day stay. James and Nicole had great communication with us prior to going in, making sure we had the right immunisations before her stay. We were anxious dropping her off but on arriving and seeing the well secured fenced off area for small dogs we left reassured that she would be safe with them. We could see that James really cared about our dog on arrival and was very welcoming. Our dog has come home absolutely stuffed we know she a had a great few days with the other small dogs. Would highly recommend and use them again soon.

I put my beloved cat into the cattery which they have as well as the kennels. They seemed lovely to start with, however the day we moved house I got a call to say my cat had run through a glass window at the cattery (2nd March 2020). My cat was the only cat in the cattery, the day before he was due to be picked up they decided to vacuum the cattery without putting my cat anywhere safe prior which is when he went through the window; he has never done anything like this before. They were aware my cat was timid as he was an ex stray that I have had for four years and love dearly. To start with they were trying to find my cat by putting food out, pulled up the inside of the cattery and got traps. He was found the evening he went missing under the cattery, but they were unable to trap/catch him. As time went on they became very difficult to deal with, they wouldn't let me come look for my cat on the weekends and gave restricted times I was allowed to look for my cat, and even moved a trap without putting anything to block the gap where the trap was. After a few weeks I had seen the fire department and they got in contact with the cattery and kennels, the cattery allowed the fire department to go in and see if he was there, which there was no sign of him dead or alive, and I have not been in contact with them since then but have put missing cat fliers in their letterbox. My cat is still missing 6 months later, they have not contacted me at all and shown no compassion for losing my cat. I found them very inexperienced and not compassionate regarding losing my cat. I am still extremely upset as I put him int he cattery to keep him safe while we moved house.
