Country Villa

A very special villa with a large and super well-maintained beautiful garden was our domicile for 3 nights. Mable and Danny are wonderful and very friendly hosts with a lot of heart and soul. Danny is a talented Barista with passion and makes the best coffee while also giving very good advice for things to do. Mable is a true artist, she is not only painter, but individualizes her villa with loving decorations. The breakfast is simply delicious, made with a lot of heart and love and always tasted excellent. For us it was definitely the best breakfast in New Zealand. This charming property is wonderful. Hosts Danny & Maude were fabulous, providing a clean & comfortable room with gorgeous views of their well maintained gardens. Maude, with help from barista Danny, created a delicious breakfast each morning, including produce from their own garden. Only a short drive from Rotorua you are in such a peaceful oasis here you may never want to leave.

Ive stayed at the Country Villa three times already and all visits have been absolutely amazing! Danny and Mable are incredible hosts and make you feel at home! The rooms are very comfortable and the house is beautiful and historic. Theyre a quick drive to all the attractions in Rotorua and still offer the calm and quiet of being far away enough from the town! I deeply recommend this property as one of the best BnBs in Rotorua!
