        My partner and I were traveling through Tauranga to visit friends and had starter troubles at our campsite, Fergusson park. A friendly local recommended Royce and shared his number with me. Royce showed up in under five minutes of my phone call and diagnosed our starter issues. Royce systematically approached our troubles ruling out the least expensive fixes first and talking us through the problems. He had a busy day, but picked up a replacement starter in route to his other calls and came back within an hour to replace our starter. Royce is incredibly knowledgable, kind and reasonable. I give him 10 out of 5 stars . Service: General repairs & maintenance
