Baby On The Move - Tauranga

Amazing, friendly service. The beautiful ladies and husband were so helpful, generous & kind. I had 3 seats installed in my car. They made it eaay and stress free for me. Would recommend all families to use Baby on the move.

What an incompetent employees. Confirmed over the phone that they have Medela Symphony was available in store (to rent, because it is medical grade) so my wife drove from Rotorua to Tauranga, to find out they didn't have it and they need to contact Medela. Complete waste of time! Please BotM train your staff better so they can assist the client in a proper way.

BMOT (Sue) made it so easy to return our product and find a resolution while we were in Tauranga from out of town. She went above and beyond to help us by showing us all products in store and how they are different to each other. I don't think il shop online next time will just go in and see her. Thanks again.

Had a great time meeting the dedicated staff at the baby expo, was so overwhelmed but they talked me through the process and what would be better for my little man once he was out of a capsule. I had no idea that baby on the move hired!! This has made my life so much easier now I have his capsule sorted and will be in to go through buggys And everything else. The knowledge the team has (miklya helped me) is amazing and I definitely have no problem asking what I thought was stupid questions. Thanks team you have made my life so much easier Suzie and soon to come - baby Dax
