        Saturday. Went into westpac tauranga crossing. The two lady tellers on today were so incredibly nice to deal with.absolutely helpful.great customer service skills.

        Very slow service only wanted to drop off some red bags. I waited 20 minutes+ and only one other person in line. Maybe can consider having the red bag deposit slot back where you can just slot it in and leave this saves a lot of your business customers time. Gave 2 stars as the tall guy did notice I left without any service and asked if he could help.
