        Went in with my grandfather and the older lady with a blonde/grey shoulder length hair was very pushy, very rude and kept ignoring me when I was trying to help my grandfather remember why we were there, as my grandfather gets confused. She then cancelled cards that didn't need cancelling which caused issues with his bills, and issued a new credit card for him that also wasn't needed.

        Very rude and racist staff and specially Paulashe was assist me today with very wrong attitude and abused me she was seemed frustrated I think she should leave the job because that kind of behaviour not acceptable.

        Today was our appointment booked with "Banking consultant- Jardena Stevenson". She really assist us in great way. She was very helpful and made sure to explain everything.
