        Would not endorse this business. Terrible at getting back to you & stuff is always half done. Do yourself a favour and not build with them if you don't want significant delay broken promises and the run around.

        Completely terrible building experience. Absolute disregard for the customers money. From the plans drawn to materials used, many mistakes which cost us and low quality materials used ( eg : interior doors had been chipped and broken. Builder unwilling to replace them) This franchise does not have the knowledge to build a standard home let alone a design and build. Stay away from these people. They are leeches after the customers money, and in the end what you get is a low quality home.

        Absolutely horrible, its been 3 + years still not completely finished, extremely unnecessarily long process. Extremely poor communication. Definitely do not recommend, regret choosing this building company, Ive heard the same from many other people. Please do not make the same mistake as us. Due to there poor judgements and mistakes we have had to pay so much more. Theres so countless more problems.
