        We used Mastercraft to plan and install a new kitchen as part of a renovation process in May 2021. Kristina was our kitchen planer and we were very happy with the planning process and her knowledge. But after that chaos broke loose... The installation process was a mess, cabinets didn't fit, mainly because of errors in production. We had to start organizing with the bench builder an installer to finished his job so we could get the bench top in. It took in total 3 months (!) to actually have the kitchen completed. Plenty of muck ups as well, with chips broken off at side panel edges, wrong size LED strip recess, dishwasher space wrongly cut... and now the bench top joint cracked and water seeped into the corner panel, damaging the wood. Not recommended. Service: Custom cabinet design & installation
