I was disappointed with the cheesecake shop. I bought a strawberry cake for my wifes birthday, but they put it into a dirty box which made my new cars seat messy. I went back to the shop and asked them to give a clean box for the cake.I had to drive back to the shop and clean up my cars seat

Pre-ordered a cake on Tuesday for today, she brought the cake out and it was missing the pecan nuts on top of the icing. She brought it out after fixing that and I hadn't bothered looking at the rest of the cake and took it, but in the car noticed that 1. There was icing on the lid from when the nuts were missing 2. The icing from the lid had gone onto the writing and 3. Some letters were thicker than the others. It looked ugly. Went back and asked her to fix the writing, but when she brought it out it was worse than before. I asked her why and she said it was because the writers weren't working today, and she went to redo it again. She redid it and this time the writing was completely ineligible, the icing around the writing had been destroyed and the cake looked awful overall, and said that I had the option of either getting her to retry 1 more time or just take the cake as it is, and not once did she apologise or offer a refund for the writing I paid extra for. I asked for a refund multiple times and she went inside to call her manager and came back saying that they could make me a brand new cake with NO WRITING - even though I had specifically pre-ordered to make sure there was writing, and I agreed because I needed it today. The cake she brought out looked disgusting compared to the display cake they had and at this point I had been in the store for an hour and just gave up and took it. I didn't receive a single apology despite the two girls being so rude to me and having to wait for an hour for a subpar cake, no offer for a refund or discount (for the writing AND for the awfully made 'brand new' cake) and am so disappointed/disgusted by their service in general. The brand new cake had icing that was asymmetrical and smaller than the display, was made messily and lacking in filling, had uneven distrubution of the syrup and much less icing on the outside. This is the cake I had to pay full price for.

The team did an AMAZING job on my baby shower cake. I sent them a photo of what I wanted and it was done even better than I expected with some unexpected final touches which made it even better! I was absolutely stoked with it. Such care and effort was put into making and decorating it. Everyone was asking where I got it done and how delicious and soft it was! It made our day that extra but special.
