Jeff is the man! A really down to earth guy who went the extra mile to help me out, literally! He flew up to Auckland to pick up the vehicle I wanted and bought it all the way to my door. Really going above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and easy going from start to finish. It was an absolute pleasure meeting him to thank him in person. Cheers Jeff! A few weeks after Christmas while on a family holiday you have worked all year and saved up for is not the ideal time for a car to break down and be a write off. We found ourselves stranded away from home and with kids that where absolutely heart broken about the holiday they looked forward to. Managed to get hold of Jeff on a Saturday afternoon and explained our situation and he was sympathetic, understanding and encouraging. He got us an approval within 24hrs and he worked extremely hard to get us a vehicle for us to continue our holiday. His extensive industry experience and knowledge guided us into making the right choice and we felt secure and he has been checking in on us.
