I have shopped at many designer clothing stores and boy could they learn alot from this store. The service is exceptional. The staff are excellent. The manager of this store should train staff nationally I was so impressed at how she was so tirelessly attentive to customer needs and so committed to helping them find the product that was right for them. So patient and her product knowledge is outstanding. 10 stars.

I can only give this JJ store top marks because I receive such good help from the staff manager in particular. Good value clothing and some great sales, too!

I had outstanding service throughout. Mainly from Sarah who was especially helpful and served me. A really good range of Jean's at great prices.
