Pollock & Sons Crane Hire

Todd and Pollock were possibly the most unreliable, uncaring, rude company I have yet to deal with. They rarely answer emails or their phone or return calls. We needed a transportable small home moved and given they had moved 3 homes previously from the property we chose to have them do the relocation for us. As we were unable to get any response from Todd and Pollock either by phone or email the builder managed to make contact with them on our behalf. After much frustration we had confirmation the home would be moved and were given a quote and date and were assured we would be invoiced 2 days prior to the move.. Alas after numerous attempts I contacted them to chase up the invoice only to be told this was never going to happen in spite of an email confirming all of the above. If I could give zero stars I would. On a brighter note McLeod Cranes came to the party, communicated and executed the move with skill and professionalism an amazing experience.
