Lumino The Dentists: Willows Dental Centre Tauranga

I have an wisdom tooth ache, First Dr. Sarah told free consultation. And she suggested to take the top tooth out instead of take out the wisdom tooth because she dont have much time. And I said, I dont wont to take that tooth out. She was bit rude and told me she gonna mention in my report that I didnt follow the recommendation of her and she will changed me congratulations. Do not recommend Dr.Sarah

Great experience here with Dr. Terry and the team. Thanks for sorting out many years of bad dental hygiene that I have neglected. Best dental clinic in the area I reckon.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. The dentist I had Dr Terry was exceptional. Very thorough. If you are after a highly rated dental experience, I highly recommend Lumino Willow Dental Centre.

I've been going to Lumino on Willow Street for years. Friendly professional staff are always welcoming and do great work. I've never had a bad experience here and dental work and hygienist visits are basically pain free. Highly recommended. My only gripe is the removal of the dental fish aquarium from the waiting room! I understand this was a head office decision, not a good one! Bring back the fush!

I am one of many people who have a phobia for needles and dentists and a general fear of pain related procedures. Over the phone Lisa from the Willow street, Tauranga practice, was understanding and compassionate and explained to me the process and benefits of oral sedation. It is for this reason that I followed through with an appointment. Dr Johannes Van Der Walt and his amazing nurse Robbie took such great care of me, before, during and after my dental work. It is rare to experience service that goes above and beyond the expected norms. Thank you all at Lumino, Willow Street, for your care and dedication to your patients.
