After reading another review about Rochelle and being a new client, I was a little worried about my upcoming hygienist appointment. I neednt have been concerned. Rochelle was patient and kind. The clean didnt hurt at all and Im already booked to go back next year.

Alix is the best! She always gives you ALL your options and makes you feel at ease. Professional, clear and so lovely. The practice is also in a great spot, clean and tidy and easy accessible right next door to a pharmacy and GP practice.

Had to select 1 star as a minimum otherwise would have been zero. Having been a member of the Lumino plan for 2 years, I am now cancelling my plan having been subjected to a 20 minute, so called Hygienist session with Rochelle. The session can only be described as torture. 24 hours later my mouth is still in pain and my gums are still bleeding. I am not inexperienced (probably had over 60 hygienist visits during my 52 years) and appreciate that there is always some bleeding during a hygienist visit but I have never experienced such trauma. Sadly when I asked to cancel my plan, Lumino had the cheek to not only charge me for the session by charge me full price as cancelling my plan meant that I no longer qualified for a discount. Appalling treatment. Appalling customer service.
