        Called to book an emergency appointment. Found the receptionist to be rude and disinterested. The attitude she presented over the phone was really impolite. As first point of customer experience she made me feel uncomfortable so I decided to book elsewhere.

        My partners had been working in Gisborne with the clean up and was having bad tooth pain for a couple of days now, couldn't get anywhere in Gisborne so drove here. Just under 4 hour drove but had to do it. Staff were amazing. Nice clean tidy dentist. Tha k you all, very awesome

        All I can say is AMAZING WORK! I had been dealing with tooth pain for weeks & finally got up and done something about it! I was scared of the pain due to previous extractions but this time around it was so easy & no pain at all. Thank you for the awesome work Gordon. You were amazing.

        Awful service. I'd been in extreme pain with toothache for 2 days over Christmas, driven an hour to get there as it was the only place open and they told me there was no appointments for 2 days. I'd tried calling before I left and left a voicemail. Really disappointed and still in a lot of pain. I know it's the holidays and I only went because I was in agony or I'd have waited to see my regular dentist.
