Mr Rental Tauranga

I had an excellent experience with Mr Rental; all the staff were super friendly and accommodating, the delivery and pick up service was seamless and efficient, and the items provided were good quality and well thought out (ie the kitchen pack). I highly recommend!

The lady we have been dealing with, Sharlene (apology if i have got the name incorrect), has been absolute amazing human being! I just cant speak highly enough of her understanding and kindness. It made our past 2 experiences so much delighful! We personally thank you so much for everything.

Wow, I am absolutely blown away by the service I have received from Mr Rental. We have rented our fridge of them for 2 years, the delivery at the beginning was smooth and without fault and the rental fridge was of really great quality and cleanliness. Now we finally have our own fridge and so I asked for the rental fridge to be picked up. Not only did they arrange pick up SUPER fast as well as stopping my payments, they were then incredible on pick up! Daniel and Steve came to pick up the fridge, and although we have the most narrow complicated twisting staircase, they kindly also brought my new fridge up the stairs and set it up for me. It looked like so much hard work, yet they did it and didn't ask for anything in return! If that isn't absolutely superb customer service I don't know what it. They went above and beyond. I would gladly recommend Mr Rental to anyone. Thank you so much Daniel and Steve, I have no idea how I'd have gotten my fridge up those stairs without you!
