I made a will through this organisation about 5 years ago. This year I tried to update it. Well, they couldn't find it. Once they did I went in a rewrite it.
I waited for them to get back to me. About 4 months later they rung and said, 'You left a message asking to redo your will' . I was like 'what'. They couldn't find it and guessed who rewrote it. She picked a name out of the air. I was blown away how this professional organisation works.
They finally found my will, sent it to me for approval. I said , no thanks.
If they can lose my will twice how are they going to treat my loved ones when I pass away. I wasn't risking that.
