Shampoo 'n' things Tauranga

I am not one for writing reviews but I do believe it is due in this case. The other day while my partner and I were shopping at our local mall, we could tell it was a quiet day and majority of the workers around the mall were twiddling thumbs and waiting for the day to end. We approached several shops and didn't feel all that welcome until we walked in to SHAMPOO N THINGS! Instantly Caroline approached us with a beaming smile asking if we needed any help, this made us feel very welcome. Throughout our time in your store once again Caroline was amazing, she was very attentive and thoroughly listened to my partners hair concerns. She offered us a range of options to suit our budget and showed us all the promotions they had on offer to make sure that we were getting the best bang for our buck but at the same time making sure that the products she had offered were well suited to my partners hair type. We left the shop with a completely different vibe than how we were feeling before we walked in. There need to be more fabulous retail workers in this world like Caroline from Shampoo n Things Tauranga Crossing. We will be back and we will be telling all our friends and family about your GREAT service.
