        Was disappointed with the charge for a service person to come and look at a faulty extraction fan. We rang central office and was told someone would contact us first. Service person turned up without contacting first and I was charged two hours for under an hours work to just look at the unit (no repairs done) so was surprised when the invoice came. Service: Repair HVAC
