        Absolutely useless. Had our insurance claim/ Vehicle for 12 months now and still havent had it sorted. Constantly averting calls and giving us little to no information on whats happening with the claim. Its a joke ! Would never insure or recommend Vero to anyone .

        Total scam. They send you to shops that will not even fix your car when you get a claim. I was sent to smith and smith for my windscreen 2 months ago till today am waiting for a fixed windscreen. Other shops are willing to do it on the next day but vero for some reason doesnt work with them. What am I rly paying for Vero?
