Full Flavour provides an internet service in my rural area that is at the best price point and unlimited data, no one else I have been with has had better service than full flavour. I absolutely recommend full flavour!

Full Flavour provide great speeds and the customer service is top notch. I recently had an issue where despite having great download speeds, I would get random lag spikes which I could not get to the bottom of. Jesse one of the managers spent two hours helping to identify the issue including checking my satellite signal and updating my router, before remotely accessing my computer to gather background data and see what the issue was. It ended up being the gaming server/company had a routing issue causing the lag but the customer service to get there was absolutely top notch in terms of friendliness and professionalism. Great to support local business and would highly recommend. Note: we are in the rural Rotorua area and have been with FF for 1-2 years, originally on rural 3G and then on rural wireless. Also I am not a bot or an insider reviewer.

Been with these guys for 2 years since we moved from town to a rural area. We have had great customer service & great internet speeds with rural wireless internet. Easy to communicate with when you need too, but haven't had many problems at all in the time we have been with them.
