As a coach myself I choose to connect with other coaches and keep up my professional development. I joined one of Casss coaching groups and can say Cass is very talented at dividing her time between all group members while upholding a clear value of inclusion. She manages dominance effectively and her intent listening skills ensure everyone in the group extracts value that is unique to their own situation rather than a rinse and repeat scenario. In addition, Cass is very generous, results focused and ethical in her practice. Id highly recommend Cass for anyone considering coaching.

I had the opportunity to be part of the Connecting Coaches Group with Cass and I deeply value the time we've spent during all those lovely Group sessions and the progress she has helped me make in my Journey as a New Life coach! I wouldn't be this far along in my goals or have this much motivation to push forward without her support and kindness! But the adventure continues! Thanks a lot Cass!

I cannot express the value Ive gained from being coached by Cass at Fontein Coaching. At times I have felt lost, unsure of which path to go down, anxious, and have battled with negative self-talk and imposter syndrome. Cass has helped me to explore, understand, and challenge these experiences and thoughts to dissect them, to establish where they are stemming from, to see things from different perspectives, and to realise (and, most importantly, believe!) my true potential. If everyone could have a coach like Cass, the world would be a brighter, happier, and more harmonious place, full of people overcoming obstacles that they thought they could never overcome. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants to see them succeed in whatever area of life they are currently struggling in, be it personal or work-related. She has the ability to help clients do that, through her naturally kind, non-pressurising, genuine, and approachable style. She has a toolbox full of easy-to-use resources, tailored to each clients individual needs, and has a wealth of knowledge and experience under her belt which allows her to empathise, sympathise, guide, and encourage her clients. Thank you Cass, for all of your help! You are a true gem, and youve helped me in ways I thought nobody could.

Fontein Coaching, Cassie, was so incredibly helpful to both me and my business.
