        I usually jump on here to write a positive review but have to say the product is absolute rubbish but I guess you get what you pay for. First short trip one of the zips break and the second suitcase has a crack about 5 cms long. Happy to take the money but no interest in refund. 2 out of 3 suitcases broke on first trip.

        This is to Katlyn and Im sorry if I spelt your name wrong, but I called today 13/10/22 at 0911 asking if my order that I was about to place after the phone call could be sent to Auckland ASAP as I need it by tomorrow which is Friday, I didnt expect that Katlyn would offer me express or fast delivery which is meant to be overnight, I placed the order at 0930, and at 0950 I received an email saying a driver was assigned and the collection of my item was with the driver, I have never ever received such amazing customer service nor have I ever seen any delivery get dispatched so fast, thank you luggage.co.nz and katlyn specifically because youve made my day honestly, I will be back and I will tell my family and friends to use luggage.co.nz for their luggage needs, love the service honestly
