Absolutely no customer service. They are just after your money and deliver bad quality. They are asking you to pay again for the same work just because it's 4 years back. They loose your data on their severs and asking you to pay for searching through the backups of your already paid projects. They protect your project with a password and can't remeber it after 4 years. They push the blame on you, even when you provide evidence. For all my statements here I can provide proof through E-Mail trails and password protected Word documents. Not recommended at all.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with the Fuel Team! Nothing was ever too much trouble, they never missed a deadline and their standard of work was incredibly high. The team was always available to chat and very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Fuel to any company or individual looking for a full service agency.
