        I had an appointment at 11am today and was curious to what might have happened here since r my last appointment, having read the reviews whilst looking up there telephone number. . I had previously found Ear Health Tauranga to provide an excellent service as had my husband. And frankly nothing has changed! I was greeted warmly and my appointment with Lydia was bang on time. Lydia is professional and very pleasant....as always. The procedure took 10 minutes exactly which suited me just fine been a busy person and it cost $55. Out of curiosity I rang there completion and the procedure was $70. I have no idea what peoples problems are but maybe they are extra precious? I don't know. I thoroughly recommend Ear Health Tauranga. Raewyn

        I had bought my elderly neighbour in. She stood at reception whilst the receptionist was on the ph for approx 5 mins. Couldn't believe that the receptionist, didn't stopped talking for a few minutes to say (I'll be with u shortly, or something) so rude. Nothing was said, so my elderly friend sat down. Thank goodness the specialist my friend saw was apparently awesome...
