The Male Dr I had a video consultation with today was one of the rudest most arrogant doctors I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, I was belittled, fat shamed & humiliated. He insulted my previous doctors medical care and considering she actually recommended me to see him, I feel its a pretty disgusting way to speak about a previous colleague but not surprising after speaking with him, the funny thing is he couldnt even hope to reach anywhere near her standard of care & knowledge. He even had the cheek to say the first mantra of a doctor is do no harm, Im pretty sure treating a patient so badly it affects their mental health is very harmful.

Every single time Ive come here Ive felt belittled and ignored by the receptionist named Angela. I dont know why she still has her job as Im sure Im not the only one she talks down to. She rolls her eyes, deep sighs when you ask a question. Very unprofessional.

Terrible experience trying to book in. ANGELA the receptionist is beyond rude and incredibly unprofessional. Wouldn't let me get a word in, sparky and unhelpful. Will be unenrolling my family and submitting a formal complaint. She is not someone who should be dealing with sick or vulnerable people!
