My Doctor is good but the front door reception is poor. They never answer the phone or reply to emails. I am constantly chasing them up which is annoying. If they can't be bothered then I am happy to take my money elsewhere.

Saw Dr Maaike for a medical certificate for my injured finger earlier. I say it hurts when i am working, the good doctor says i know just ignore it. cant believe i had to go to such length to get the message across and actually convince her.

Extremely poor reception service. Nancy is careless, unprofessional and does not know what she's doing. My wife was going to travel overseas on Saturday (5th Feb). So we came here on Wednesday (2nd Feb) and were told we should be able to get our repeat prescription text on Friday (4th Feb). That sounds good. Until Friday 1.00 pm. We haven't got the text yet. So we talk to her again in person and it appears she had not processed my request yet. We were told we should be able to have the prescription text in the afternoon. Ok fine. We paid for the prescription online after receiving the text. And went to chemist warehouse but there's nothing in their system. Come back in the evening, still not. Saturday morning, no. My wife has to travel without her prescription. Seven days later (11th Feb) we still haven't had the prescription text message. Went to the chemist warehouse. Still nothing in their system. Then I talked to Nancy again in person and she claimed she had done it last Friday, and still finding clumsy excuses claiming maybe something wrong with chemist warehouse system. I finally asked for the prescription printout. If there was anything wrong with chemist warehouse system, they probably would not receive any prescriptions from any Healthcare for 7 days. How impossible! Put someone capable in there. The doctors and nurses are great.
