        My mother-in-law and I went shopping for goldfish for the newly cleaned 60 years old outdoor pond and were thrilled with the range and the assistance we received. Charlotte was super patient listening to dear Mum recount the pond's history and if she didn't know the answer to a technical question, she consulted with other staff for a comprehensive answer.
