The Insulation Warehouse Bay of Plenty

I am a Property Manager and use The Insulation Warehouse for many of my properties to meet Healthy Homes compliancy for underfloor and ceiling insulation and moisture barriers. I asked The Insulation Warehouse to provide a quote to install the same in my own personal house and they were very professional right from the start to the installation. They gave us sound advice, had great communication when booking in the job and the installers were very professional and did an excellent job. So impressive! We recently had underfloor insulation installed by the Tauranga team and every stage of the job was excellent: friendly and efficient measure, quick to get quote through and schedule job, quality install and it has made a big difference to the warmth of our house. The comms throughout were great, and I really appreciated not being upsold on product we didn't need (in fact explaining why we didn't need it). Overall it was an exceptional customer experience.
