A fantastic example of excellent customer service from my first email exchange through to chair delivered today. I can't say enough about how easy these folks were to deal with, my questions and additional measurement requests were answered promptly and completely, the attention in store (I drove down from Auckland) was just right and the delivery my chair and a couple of smaller additional items went very smoothly. Would highly recommend and would definitely purchase again,

We finally got to visit the store on the weekend after a year or so of stalking their website and oh wow - it did not disappoint. What an incredible shop with a huge huge range of items plus the staff are super friendly and don't hassle you by following you around, they just leave you to browse around at your own leisure. Can not rate this shop high enough

I recently purchased a table online from Greenslades which had some minor damage when it arrived. As soon as I contacted the store they immediately let me know what options I had and we were able to quickly find a solution acceptable to us both. All the communications were prompt and friendly and I will be very happy to use their services again.
