We took my father in law to setup a new phone to the tauranga - the landing service centre - The service from the young man was absolutely outstanding - He calmly worked through making a simple setup fit for the user and explaining as he went And most important understood the customers needs - was obviously well knowledged himself - engaging with us at our understanding level - and delivered 100 % what we asked for - Encouraged our faith in the positive attitude of todays young people. Fantastic service here!! Really helpful. Love that they used genuine Samsung screen replacement instead of an after market screen that I had done at another repairer that only lasted a short time. Highly recommend these guys!

I would highly NOT recommend getting your phone repaired here. I took my phone in to get the camera replaced and they broke my genuine Apple screen in the process. They installed one of their replacement screens which was of very poor quality and would go completely black periodically needing a factory reset every time. They wouldnt warranty the screen, first trying to say there was water damage and then blaming it on a small crack on the screen. Basically paid them 280 to ruin my iphone and had to buy a new one.
