I would give 10 if I could. I contacted Blue about a broken lense in a pair of glasses is had for many years. I did not think they would be able to replace them and I'd have to spend $400 on a new pair. The team managed to find some brand new lenses from Italy I think and within a few weeks I had them back good as new, they had even adjusted the hinges and given them a clean. Hands down the best service i have experienced from any company, ever. Thank you Kayla.

Have unfortunately had to give a mid range review, the sales assistant in Tauranga was completely dismissive of us and deserves zero stars. Persevered and went to the mount branch and the lovely Amber was fantastic and turned things around and deserves 5 stars

Friendly professional people, explained everything in minute detail. Highly skilled optometrist with top of the line gear. Did not sell me up to stuff I didn't need. Highly recommended

Absolutely outstanding service! So friendly, accommodating and professional. Their range is eclectic and unique. Communication excellent and the turn around time on my specs was a lot quicker than expected. They followed up to make sure everything was awesome and it certainly is. Couldn't recommend more highly!
