        I called to ask some medication advice and wanted to know if it required a prescription... The lady who answered the phone wasnt very helpful but I have since spoken with the owner who has gone above and beyond to be helpful and I really appreciate his caring attention and attitude... staff are human and have off days but always good to acknowledge and learn from each customer... thanks Simon
